In the cabinet meeting on May 30, the government made avian influenza (H5N1) specification infection, and defined the government ordinance.

The government -- moreover, a part of Quarantine Act enforcement ordinance -- it consented about revision.
From the generating situation of H5N1 in overseas, in order to lecture on generating prevention in Japan, or a spread prevention measure, it set as specification infection.

The proclamation day: it is on June 2.

Enforcement is from the day which measured from the day of proclamation and passed ten days.

An enforcement term is limited within one year.
